• For safety and possible training purposes, I will be wearing a body camera during all real estate photography sessions. The recording will begin before I enter the property you’ve requested and continue for up to 10 minutes after I leave. This helps ensure that everything is documented for safety and training reasons. By scheduling a session, you agree to the use of a body camera as described. The footage will only be used for these purposes and will not be shared unless required by law.

 

• Pricing is subject to change.

• Please be aware that I may be on location or working on a project, and emails are checked at 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

 

• I will confirm my availability for your requested date(s) via email.

• All requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

• All media captured or edited for this project may be used for Pixel Pro Video advertising purposes. However, no addresses will be included in any advertising.

• Saturdays: Shooting hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (no additional charge).

• Sundays: Closed.
   

• For the best results, a sunny day without clouds or rain is ideal.
   

• To ensure the highest quality and best lighting, I typically schedule shoots between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. .
   

• In the event that the listing is not ready and a return visit is required, a comeback fee will apply.
